“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I will meet you there.” Rumi
Connect with yourself, connect with others and connect with the Holy by listening to your intuition and creating art. Intuitive painting is sometimes referred to as “mindfulness meditation in action.” Learn to paint from your spontaneous inner voice and not pay attention to your rational mind. Focus on what arises for you as you paint and not on the end product. Guided meditations at the beginning of the session help us be more mindful while painting.
We strive to create a safe and supportive environment by asking people to refrain from commenting on others' paintings. This method of self- exploration and self-discovery can lead to personal and spiritual insights and great fun. Absolutely no experience or confidence in painting or meditation needed. Come to one session or dig deeper by coming to all the sessions.
