From automatic responses to sneezes to good wishes for a blessed day at the end of an encounter, the words we give or receive are often taken for granted. Yet the practice of blessing is a radical act, rooted in ancient traditions that invite the one blessing and the one blessed into a deeper relationship, not only with one another but also with the divine. Join us on this Star Wars Day as we explore the history of blessing as a spiritual practice and learn how each of us can participate in this profound act of co-creation in the world.
