× Sightseeing hours, tour dates and times, and event ticket prices are subject to change. No retroactive discounts are offered. Patrons who choose not to attend the event tickets were purchased for, despite adverse weather conditions, illness, or personal circumstance, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit. Please note that special services or events may close all or part of Washington National Cathedral at short notice. Should the Cathedral have to close for any reason after tickets have been purchased, patrons will be offered an exchange to a new date or a full refund. By purchasing tickets in advance, you acknowledge that our schedule is subject to change.

× A ticket is a revocable license valid only for the event, date, time, and seat location (if applicable) printed on it. Washington National Cathedral may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for unlawful sale, attempted resale, or for disorderly conduct.
In the event that you have lost your tickets, please contact the Box Office before your visit/event date for reissue options.

× Our visitor welcome desk is open when the Cathedral is open for visiting, and General Sightseeing admission tickets can always be purchased there. Please check our calendar for updates on touring hours and touring interruptions. For lectures, concerts, ticketed services and other special events, there are no advance sales on site at the Cathedral. On event day, the box office generally opens one hour prior to the event's start time.
